Introduction

In the meantime, the Mellan Economic Development Group has begun its activities with the aim of creating transformation and progress in various economic and social fields, as a leading institution committed to serving the homeland.
The Mellan Economic Development Group (private joint stock company), originally named Toos Omid Amin Investment Company, was registered on 2010/06/31 in the Tehran Companies and Institutions Registration Office with number 385132 in order to optimally manage part of the assets of Mellan Credit Institution. This group was renamed "Melan Economic Development Group" on 2016/10/10.

The Mellan Economic Development Group considers its ultimate goal to be in line with the growth and prosperity of Iran and is determined to build a bright future for this land by relying on domestic capabilities and the efforts of its passionate youth. In accordance with Iran’s 20-year vision document and the design of the country’s economic roadmap based on the slogan “Production, Support, and Removal of Barriers,” this group has focused its activities on these three core principles and implemented them.

By creating employment for more than 14,000 direct workers in six different fields, this group has made a significant contribution to achieving the goals of a production-oriented economy. The company’s activities are focused on the fields of civil engineering and construction, hydroponic greenhouses and food industries, industry, mining and energy, tourism and hospitality, health and medical equipment, and capital markets and financial services. Each of these fields is designed with the aim of improving the quality of life of the people and creating the necessary infrastructure for sustainable development.

We believe that sustainable development requires not only financial investment but also investment in knowledge and technology. For this reason, the Nations Economic Development Group strives to provide effective solutions to solve the country’s economic challenges by utilizing new technologies and world-class knowledge.
